Terms and Conditions – Laki 101 Online Casino Pakistan Rules

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings when used throughout this document:

• "Laki 101," "we," "us," "our" – refers to the Laki 101 platform accessible at laki101.biz and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" – refers to any individual who has registered an account with Laki 101 or is using this platform.
• "Account" – the registered profile created by a player on the Laki 101 platform.
• "Balance" – the sum of real-money funds currently held in your Laki 101 account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Balance" – funds credited to your account as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) – identity and address verification process required by Laki 101 before processing certain withdrawals.
• "PKR" – Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Laki 101 platform.
• "Services" – all games, betting markets, payment features and other functions available through laki101.biz.

2Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of Laki 101's Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm that you qualify before registering.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Laki 101 does not knowingly permit players under 18 to access its services. If we discover an account belongs to a minor, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information including your real name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing Laki 101 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts – even if registered under a different name or phone number – are prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that applies to the Laki 101 platform.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3Account Management

Once your Laki 101 account is active, you are responsible for its security and all activity that occurs under your login credentials.

• Your password must be kept confidential. Do not share it with anyone. Laki 101 staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions placed from your account while it is logged in, regardless of whether you personally placed them.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Laki 101 support immediately at support@laki101.biz.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Laki 101 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the registered withdrawal method after identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Account Name Matching

The name on your Laki 101 account must match the name on your registered payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where the names do not match. This is a security measure to protect players from unauthorised transfers.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Laki 101 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 200 for NayaPay and SadaPay; Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Laki 101 balance instantly for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay).
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a security review.
• Laki 101 does not charge fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for all methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Laki 101 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. IBFT transfers may take 2–8 hours depending on banking hours.
• Players withdrawing Rs 50,000 or more in a 30-day period are required to complete KYC verification before the withdrawal is processed.
• Laki 101 reserves the right to request identity verification on any withdrawal at any time as a security measure.
• Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect account details provided by the player may be subject to a reprocessing delay. Laki 101 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect details submitted by players.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Laki 101 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who meet the stated criteria at the time the offer is active. Laki 101 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Unless a bonus offer specifically states otherwise, bonus funds must be used within 7 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• Only one active bonus per player at a time. If you claim a new bonus while a previous one is still active and unwagered, the existing bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other players – will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Laki 101 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct investigations if bonus abuse is suspected.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on games and sports markets at Laki 101.

• Bets once confirmed are final. Laki 101 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a documented technical error on our platform.
• Laki 101 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (match-fixing, leaked results etc.).
• Maximum bet limits apply per round and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting market interface. Bets placed above the stated maximum will be reduced to the limit or voided at Laki 101's discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, Laki 101 will use game server logs to determine the outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting, markets will be settled based on official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Laki 101 will use the most widely accepted official source for settlement.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest automated wagering, arbitrage or exploitation of pricing errors may result in bet voidance and account review.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Laki 101 is committed to providing a fair environment for every player. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, VPNs to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or any software designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one Laki 101 account per person, household or device to claim multiple bonuses or bypass account restrictions.
• Money laundering: Using Laki 101 to deposit and withdraw funds as a means of obscuring the origin of money. Laki 101 takes its obligations in this area seriously and will report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, mispriced odds or miscredited funds. Players who discover errors must report them to support immediately. Failure to do so and profiting from an error is classified as prohibited conduct.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your Laki 101 account.

8Privacy & Data

Laki 101 collects and processes personal data as part of providing its services. The full details of how your data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points are summarised below:

• Personal data collected at registration (name, mobile number, date of birth) is used solely for account management, security verification and compliance purposes.
• Laki 101 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmission. We do not store complete card numbers or full bank account details on our servers.
• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for security and compliance purposes for the period required by applicable law.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by Laki 101 by contacting support@laki101.biz.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Laki 101 limits its liability as follows:

• Laki 101 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or any technical problems originating outside our platform infrastructure.
• Laki 101 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of a platform error that results in incorrect credits or incorrect bet settlement, Laki 101 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly, regardless of the amount involved.
• Laki 101 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and external factors may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10Responsible Gaming

Laki 101 is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These are available to all account holders through their account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Laki 101 platform. Temporary exclusions last a minimum of 30 days. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net position.

11Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the Laki 101 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.
